About The Position

Temecula Valley Lexus, part of the OREMOR Automotive Group, is seeking an honest, ethical, and high-integrity Parts Driver with a strong desire to succeed. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations by driving company vehicles to pick up and deliver parts in the local area, ensuring timely delivery from local parts sources to the dealership. The Parts Driver must always operate vehicles safely and within legal speed limits. Requirements

• A valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Excellent client and customer satisfaction skills.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
• Must have a high-energy personality.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Self-starter and self-motivator.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures and complying with codes.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles and performs routine maintenance tasks.
• Always obeys posted speed limits and all other rules of the road.
• Deliver and pick up parts to various locations.
• Build long-term relationships with the customers and vendors you deliver to.
• Maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
• Inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, and vehicles.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
