About The Position

RK Vineland Chevrolet Kia Subaru is a reputable automotive dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers and partners. We are currently looking for a reliable Parts Driver to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to perform duties safely and responsibly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries by communicating effectively with the parts manager, wholesale representatives, inventory control, parts counter staff, and shipping or receiving clerks.
Check daily parts requirements with the body shop and deliver parts to body technicians accordingly.
Verify that invoices match purchase orders before pickups and ensure payments received correspond with invoices upon delivery.
Maintain accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups, obtaining recipient signatures for each delivery.
Unload the truck at the end of each shift, submitting all paperwork and any undelivered parts.
Perform basic truck maintenance tasks including fueling, oil checks, cleaning, and scheduling required inspections.
Report any major truck repairs or maintenance needs to the parts manager promptly.
Support the professional appearance and organization of the parts department.
Assist the service department with managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups as needed.
Help with stocking parts and promptly posting orders to ensure efficient delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and report any accidents immediately to management.
