This position is essential for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts, assisting customers at the parts counter, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Previous experience with automotive parts is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Deliver parts promptly and professionally to wholesale and internal customers, maintaining high standards of service.
Verify all orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist customers at the parts counter by: Locating and retrieving parts efficiently. Processing orders and handling returns with accuracy.
Collaborate closely with technicians and service advisors to meet urgent parts needs.
Receive and stock inventory with precision to maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department environment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and driving regulations.
