About The Position

Fuller Ford is hiring a dependable Automotive Parts Driver to cover multiple regional routes throughout the area. This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and no overnight travel. The position offers a starting pay of $20.50/hour with overtime available, approximately 40 hours per week. Start times are between 6:00 AM – 7:45 AM and typical end times are between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, allowing drivers to be home daily. Routes include Louisville, Lexington, Dayton, Columbus, Chillicothe, Greater Cincinnati areas, and occasional West Virginia route coverage. Drivers will operate vehicles such as the Ford Maverick, Ford Transit Connect, and occasionally a Ford E350 Box Truck.

Requirements

• Pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Lift 50–60 lbs regularly
• Comfortable driving multiple vehicle types
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts accurately and on time
• Match part numbers to invoices
• Use GPS and company-provided phone
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
• Provide professional customer service
