About The Position

The Distribution Lead will oversee and assist with distribution of parts as directed by the manufacturer. They will also ensure orders are filled accurately and timely.

Requirements

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Strong understanding of mathematical concepts related to probability and statistics.
Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.

Responsibilities

Build a rapport with customers, coworkers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate excellent service.
Establish daily workflow and prioritize what needs to be done on an hourly basis.
Act as liaison with Customer Service Team to ensure timely delivery of orders, to assist in customer related inquiries, and to monitor / handle customer returns.
Use ERP system to search for necessary inventory levels, order information, and transaction details.
Work with the Purchaser to identify and resolve any inventory related issues.
Release and process orders when able to be fulfilled.
Learn and maintain training in all aspects of distribution to assist in any role.
Ensure adequate resources and materials are available to meet customer needs.
Receive inbound orders into the ERP system and support the put-away process.
Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
