About The Position

FCA US LLC, a member of the Stellantis group of companies, is looking for supplemental employees at FCA's MOPAR Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Join FCA’s MOPAR team and become a part of supplying first-class performance original equipment parts to local Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and RAM dealerships. Candidates will only be considered for Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The selected individual will be responsible for putting parts away, retrieving parts, loading, and unloading cages. Employees in this role may also stand and walk for long periods of time. A normal workday consists of pushing, twisting, and pulling parts, along with reaching and grasping for objects. This is a supplemental role in which hours could range from 0-40 weekly, depending on business needs. The starting hourly base pay rate for supplemental employees is $21.00. This is a team-oriented work environment. No previous experience is needed. Relocation is not provided for this position.

Requirements

Must currently be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must currently be at least 18 years of age
Must currently possess a High School Diploma or GED
Willing and able to meet the hourly requirements of the position
Willing and able to work different shifts and/or work weekends and holidays
Willing and able to work in hot and/or cold environments
Willing and able to work around heavy equipment or manufacturing machinery
Willing and able to wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes
Willing and able to stand or walk for long periods of time each day
Willing and able to frequently bend, stoop, reach and lift to 40 pounds
Willing and able to work in tight or enclosed spaces
Willing and able to regularly climb up to 40 feet in the air on a ladder/man lift
