About The Position

Parts Department Stock Clerk Button Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Parts Department Stock Clerk to join our dynamic Team. A hard-working individual to maintain physical inventory as necessary, stock shelves and pull parts for orders. Primary goals are to provide customer satisfaction and represent the dealership in a professional manner. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Valid and clear driver's license with no major violations or suspensions in the last 7 years
Ability to work well with customers and conduct business transactions
Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be capable of lifting 25 pounds repetitively
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Inspect shipments at loading and unloading for damages and quantity.
Make appropriate notations on delivery receipt
Organize schedule of deliveries to maximize efficiency
Process parts returns in accordance with warranty and dealership policy
Stock all parts and accessories received for stock in correct bin and/or location
Report all overages and shortages to Parts Manager
Keep bin labels and location designations accurate and up to date
Run bin “spot checks” as directed
Assist shipping/receiving clerk and all Parts personnel as requested
Maintain cleanliness throughout department by keeping aisles swept and taking out trash containers
Any other duties that management or the employee feels can be productive within the job description guidelines
