About The Position

Parts Delivery/Warehouse position open at Tifton, GA Location Four-Star Freightliner is the Southeast region’s leading heavy and medium-duty truck dealer that offers a comprehensive line of Freightliner and Western Star brand trucks for both highway and vocational use. We are looking for a dependable, energetic & detail-oriented person with experience in Parts Delivery person to add to the team in our Tifton, GA dealership. The Parts Delivery- coordinates closely with the Parts Department to get the right parts to the customers on time.

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle, and lift parts.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to OSHA Standards in some areas
Must be 19 years or older with Clean Driving record
Must pass a Drug test and Background check
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in Parts delivery or delivery of goods for at least 2 years, plus.
Valid Driver’s License as well as outstanding driving records

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

Pick and pull parts from the warehouse to fill orders
Ensure that the parts being delivered match the customer’s invoice
Must deliver customer parts in timely, accurate, safe, and friendly pickups to and from customer locations
Maintain continuous communication with Parts team as to customer needs may arise while on delivery
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained
Must report any truck repairs to the Parts Manager or designated parts department team member
Assist with warehouse duties as needed (e.g., put away stock, drive forklift, clean, etc.)
