About The Position
Responsible for working with staff from Parts Shipping & Receiving, Parts Counter Sales and Outside Parts Sales for the safe and efficient delivery of parts to customers. This role requires a commitment to customer satisfaction, adherence to company standards, and the ability to work effectively within a team. The position involves maintaining organized records, understanding business operations, and complying with all relevant regulations. General expectations include dedicating oneself to customer satisfaction, determining management, production, and quality requirements, attending company meetings, and maintaining a follow-up system for assigned projects. Establishing personal performance goals and analyzing actions to improve time utilization and planning are also key aspects of this role. Staying informed about industry terminology, technological changes, and legal requirements is essential. The employee must follow lawful directions, understand work rules, participate in performance management, and interact positively with colleagues while upholding company confidentiality policies. The role also requires flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
- Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift, stand, walk, bending, twisting and/or stooping, and kneeling or squatting on a regular basis, and infrequently seated.
- Lifting over 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Climbing stairs, reaching and/or lifting overhead on a regular basis.
- Repetitive hand/finger movement, grasping/grabbing with hands, and pushing & pulling motions on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
- Obtain Forklift Certification.
- Inspect company vehicles for any safety or maintenance issues.
- Keep company vehicles clean and tidy.
- Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Accept and document returns / issues from customers.
- Attentive to detail and keep organized records.
- Assist parts department with pulling items for orders and checking in freight.
