About The Position

Responsible for working with staff from Parts Shipping & Receiving, Parts Counter Sales and Outside Parts Sales for the safe and efficient delivery of parts to customers. This role involves obtaining Forklift Certification, inspecting and maintaining company vehicles, and driving them safely. The position also requires assisting the parts department with order fulfillment and inventory, documenting customer returns, and maintaining organized records. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential for customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
• Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift, stand, walk, bending, twisting and/or stooping, and kneeling or squatting on a regular basis, and infrequently seated.
• Lifting over 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Climbing stairs, reaching and/or lifting overhead on a regular basis.
• Repetitive hand/finger movement, grasping/grabbing with hands, and pushing & pulling motions on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Forklift Certification.

• Keep company vehicles clean and tidy.
• Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
• Accept and document returns / issues from customers.
• Attentive to detail and keep organized records.
• Assist parts department with pulling items for orders and checking in freight.
