About The Position

Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Parts Delivery Driver. The role combines safe and timely delivery of truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts with warehouse support, inventory handling, and customer service. The driver represents the company in customer interactions and helps keep customers’ fleets and businesses operating. This is an active position with movement throughout the day, performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to move up to 300 pounds using hand trucks, hydraulic lifts, barrel dollies, and other mechanical aids.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking.

Nice To Haves

• Prior delivery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts using a company-provided vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service during customer interactions.
• Verify delivery accuracy before leaving the branch and ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
• Immediately report vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations, including stocking inventory, receiving products, warehouse transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Use company technology and software to record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
