This role is responsible for delivering and picking up assigned parts, collecting payment, filling orders for the Service Department and customers, receiving and stocking parts orders, pulling and shipping parts orders, maintaining physical parts inventory, and promoting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in parts stocking, a good working knowledge of vehicle parts, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform numerical calculations accurately. They should also be able to identify and act on changing customer requirements, retrieve, load, and deliver items up to 125 lbs, and possess computer skills, particularly with the CDK Parts Inventory Computer system. Good customer relations, a polite and courteous manner, a cooperative attitude, and a team-oriented approach are essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to drive various vehicle types.
