About The Position
Keffer Mazda is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver in Huntersville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, hourly customer service position in the auto industry. As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts to our customers. This is an individual contributor role and will report to the Parts Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work a fixed Monday-Friday Schedule
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of delivery driver experience preferred
- Knowledge of auto parts and basic automotive mechanics a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver parts to customers in a timely manner
- Load and unload parts from the delivery vehicle
- Verify accuracy of parts orders before delivery
- Follow designated delivery routes and schedules
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Communicate with customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Handle cash and credit card transactions from customers
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and inventory
- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
