About The Position

This role involves acting as an external representative of Fyda Freightliner through the parts department, focusing on customer advocacy. Key responsibilities include parts delivery, handling warranty and return parts, relaying service-related issues, identifying new or used truck interest, prospecting for new sales opportunities within a designated territory, attending training seminars, and supporting inside sales by pulling parts and sharing customer information. The position requires close collaboration with Outside Parts Sales (OPS).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic knowledge of truck/auto components.
Excellent communication skills.
Must speak English.
High school business math.
Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer.
General mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift.
Must be able to carry 10 to 50 pounds 70% of the work time.
Must be able to carry 51 to 90 pounds 20% of the work time.
Must be able to carry 100 plus pounds 10% of the work time.
Operate a Fyda vehicle in a safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.

Responsibilities

Act as an external representative of Fyda Freightliner through the parts department with customers.
Focus on being the customer advocate.
Handle parts delivery.
Manage warranty, return, and core parts.
Relay service-related issues to the appropriate teams.
Identify and relay interest in new or used trucks.
Prospect new sales opportunities within a designated territory.
Attend training seminars.
Support inside sales by pulling parts.
Share customer information.
Work closely with Outside Parts Sales (OPS).
