About The Position

Exceptional after Sales Support. Fulfill customer needs by transporting parts and accessories offered by our Dealership to our other branch locations in a timely manner. To represent and promote the Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental Department operations and store network in a positive manner, which insures customer confidence, repeat business, and maximum return for the Dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Keep a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Be the best at name retention, phone skills, greeting, and establishing rapport with customers.
  • Fill branch/customer orders from stock or special order to be delivered.
  • Prepare transfer paperwork.
  • Mark and store parts in stock areas according to Garton Tractor’s systems.
  • Keep parts bins, showroom displays organized and clean.
  • Communicate parts information, processes, and efficiencies with Supervisors, Peers, and other employees.
  • Assist other parts staff as required.
  • Increase parts sales.
  • Assist in stocking and organizing the department.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
