Requirements

  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and team members
  • Assist customers with parts availability, pricing, and order updates
  • Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate quotes and product information
  • Review body shop estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing alignment
  • Maintain high levels of customer service for both internal and external clients
  • Pull and fill parts orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Conduct routine bin checks and notify management of low-stock items
  • Source out-of-stock parts and coordinate emergency orders when needed
  • Ensure internal parts requests are billed correctly on repair orders
  • Process customer payments and credit authorizations accurately
