Requirements

Previous automotive dealership parts counter experience is required
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
Strong computer and organizational skills
Professional attitude with a team-first mindset
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries
Accurately identify and sell OEM Ford parts and accessories
Work directly with technicians to source the correct parts efficiently
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and receiving
Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
Ensure parts are ordered, received, and distributed in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Collaborate with the service and sales departments to support dealership operations
