Requirements

2+ years of experience in automotive dealership parts department.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Proficiency in using parts lookup software and dealership management systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Mercedes-Benz or luxury parts department experience.
Experience in a high-volume service department.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

Assist technicians by accurately identifying and sourcing parts for service and repairs.
Maintain and organize inventory in the parts department to ensure availability and efficiency.
Process incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock parts in designated locations.
Collaborate with the service team to prioritize urgent part requests and minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages.
Provide excellent customer service to internal team members and external vendors.
Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, receipts, and adjustments.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety protocols.
