Nunnally Chevrolet is looking for an Experienced Parts Counter Person to join our fast-paced, high-energy parts department. We aren't just looking for someone to look up numbers; we’re looking for a team player who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do Expert Consulting: Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and our own service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct GM parts. Inventory Management: Help maintain an organized warehouse, track stock levels, and assist with receiving and shipping. Problem Solving: Use your technical knowledge to troubleshoot parts inquiries and provide creative solutions for older or hard-to-find components. Sales Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with local shops and wholesale partners to drive business. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 2+ years of automotive parts experience (General Motors/Chevrolet experience is a major plus!). Tech Savvy: Proficiency with electronic parts catalogs (EPC) and dealership management systems (DMS). Communication: A professional demeanor with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers. Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Requirements
