Fury Motors is looking for a Parts Counterperson Trainee with Warehouse Support to join our Parts team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn the ins and outs of dealership parts operations. Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist throughout the workday
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Automotive or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Supply parts to service technicians accurately and efficiently
• Receive, verify, and stock daily parts orders
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout and inventory locations
• Ship parts using third-party carriers as needed
• Perform inventory and cycle counts
• Assist with parts deliveries when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Learn warehouse layout and inventory flow
• Learn part numbers and base numbers
• Learn electronic parts catalogs
• Learn Dealership DMS (Dealer Management System)
• Learn standard and “odd-ball” parts ordering processes
• Learn how to independently look up parts with accuracy
• Learn how to support technicians efficiently and confidently
