About The Position

Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring exceptional service. Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers systems and parts catalog software.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems in a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Accurately process parts orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Keep up-to-date with product information and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Other duties as directed by management.
