Requirements

Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving.
Knowledgeable about different types of parts, their specifications, and compatibility with various makes and models of vehicles or equipment.
Solid understanding of the products being sold.
Ability to lift up to 100lbs occasionally.
Participate in all available training programs.

Responsibilities

Interact directly with customers, whether they are individuals seeking parts for personal vehicles or professionals requiring components for commercial purposes.
Assist customers in finding the right parts using parts catalogs, computer systems, and databases.
Place orders with suppliers or manufacturers for parts not readily available in stock.
Track order progress and provide customers with updates on delivery times.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory of parts.
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary.
Manage returns or exchanges.
Provide technical advice and guidance to customers.
Assist in troubleshooting issues, providing advice on installation, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate record-keeping for tracking sales, inventory levels, and customer orders.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as service departments, sales teams, and management.
