About The Position
Our busy parts department is seeking a parts counter sales person. This position will assist retail and wholesale customers with their parts needs using digital catalogs, online ordering platforms and email. Keeping our customers up to date on order status through phone calls, emails or updating online programs is critical. The ability to prioritize tasks and orders will assist you in this position.
Requirements
- Excellent mechanical understanding.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Prior parts dealership experience.
- CDK experience.
