Arnold Machinery is seeking a motivated Parts Counter / Warehouse Apprentice eager to learn and build a career in the construction equipment industry. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in parts sales, customer service, warehouse operations, inventory management, and parts identification. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and committed to providing excellent service. The apprentice will learn the daily operations of a professional parts department alongside experienced team members, building a strong foundation for a long-term career.

- No previous parts or warehouse experience required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, parts, construction, or equipment experience is helpful but not required.
- Previous warehouse, retail, mechanical, automotive, construction, or customer service experience.
- Basic computer experience.
- Familiarity with hand tools or mechanical equipment.
- Interest in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or parts.
- Previous forklift or material-handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming parts and stock orders.
- Pull and prepare parts orders for customers and the service department.
- Pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and truckloads of merchandise.
- Learn to identify and locate construction equipment parts.
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory.
- Complete cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
- Learn to process parts orders and backorders.
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor orders as training progresses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Assist the Parts Manager and other team members as needed.
- Answer phones and assist customers when required.
- Learn company procedures, product knowledge, and warehouse best practices.
