About The Position

Transport Refrigeration, Inc. (TRI), a local Thermo King dealership, is hiring a Parts Counter Specialist to support their diesel and transport refrigeration shop in Mosinee, WI. This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. The role offers monthly bonus potential, full benefits starting after 60 days, PTO accrual on Day 1, and long-term career growth. Requirements

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work overtime during busy periods

Nice To Haves

• Automotive, truck, trailer, or fleet parts experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and over the phone
• Track, order, and reconcile parts inventory
• Distribute parts to service technicians
• Process invoices and quotes in MAS system
• Check in inventory and stock shelves
• Deliver parts to customers/vendors as needed
• Assemble OEM and customer parts
• Operate forklift to load/unload trailers
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
