Requirements

Real-world automotive parts experience — dealership background strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of OEM parts, inventory systems, and parts lookup tools
Customer-first mindset with the communication skills to back it up
The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy
Strong organizational habits and an eye for detail
Comfortable with computers and data entry
Ability to lift and move parts as needed
Valid driver's license required
Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and MVR

Responsibilities

Be the go-to resource for retail customers, service advisors, and technicians on parts inquiries, sourcing, and solutions
Identify and recommend OEM and replacement parts with confidence and accuracy
Process transactions and manage inventory through dealership systems
Receive, inspect, stock, and track incoming shipments — keeping everything accounted for
Handle returns, warranty parts, and credits efficiently and without drama
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
Build strong working relationships with vendors to keep parts flowing and downtime low
