The successful candidate will assist internal and external customers by helping to identify needed parts. Strive to provide exceptional customer service. Advise customers on available parts and services. Monday – Friday work week!

Requirements

• Excellent customer service.
• Self-starter, maintain positive attitude.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate updates to internal and external customers.
• Mechanical knowledge a must.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Sales/Customer Service 1 year
• Automotive or Truck Parts 1 year

Nice To Haves

• Automotive or truck part related experience a plus not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and customers with acquiring parts.
• Locate parts mechanics might need to finish job.
• Answer customer questions, provide price quotes in-person and over the phone.
• Sell parts to help achieve sales goal.
• Stock shelves on display and in warehouse.
• Pull customer orders.
• Maintain inventory, cycle count inventory, assist with core returns.
