This role involves assisting customers in person and by phone, locating parts in inventory or from alternative sources, coordinating delivery and installation, and maintaining inventory and warehouse organization. A friendly, professional approach with strong communication and computer skills is essential.

Requirements

Previous experience in automotive parts and accessories
Dealership experience required
Availability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer and internet skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
Positive, helpful attitude and courteous personality

Responsibilities

Receive and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories
Locate parts and accessories to meet customer needs and arrange for installation
Monitor and maintain accurate parts inventory and storage areas
Stay informed about vehicle models, accessories, and promotions
Maintain precise sales documentation and provide timely reports
Ensure safe, on-time delivery of parts following company procedures
Perform warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned
