About The Position
Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our Fort Wayne, IN Dealership. This role involves assisting customers with parts needs, providing recommendations, and processing orders accurately and efficiently. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Maintain a professional sales image
- Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process
- Applicant must possess a passion for customer service providing excellence to our Service Department, counter and phone customers
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
Nice To Haves
- A mechanical background, experience with truck/auto/engine service or parts knowledge is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Locating and obtaining Parts for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked
- Provide recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts / accessories
- Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders
