About The Position
United Ag & Turf NE is a John Deere Dealership with multiple locations across the Northeast, serving customers in commercial, construction, agricultural, and consumer industries. This role involves assisting customers with ordering and researching parts for John Deere and other equipment, both in person and over the phone.
Requirements
- Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic computer skills
- High Energy, and positive attitude
- Good computer research skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent oral communication and written skills
- Strong organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience with John Deere Equipment
Responsibilities
- Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories
- In store customer service
- Overall organizational promotions
- Working with all vendors and alternate resources
- Being a team player and working with internal and external customers
- Monitoring shortages and expediting processes
- Keeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderly
- Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
