About The Position
Mustang Cat is hiring a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative for our Lufkin, Texas, location. This position supports our growing customer base by providing expert sales and service of Caterpillar construction parts and accessories. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service or sales role
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn construction parts quickly
- Strong computer skills
- Clear, professional communication across all channels
- Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience using Caterpillar (CAT) systems
- Prior experience with industrial parts or heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing parts orders
- Assist customers with part numbers, quantities, availability, freight, and delivery timelines
- Work collaboratively across all areas of the Parts department, including the parts warehouse
