About The Position

The Opportunity Are you a technician looking for a change of pace, or an automotive parts professional ready to specialize in the heavy-duty sector? We are seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to support our custom truck body manufacturing and service operations. From tri-axle dumps to high-performance snow and ice removal fleets, we build and support the toughest trucks on the road. You will be the technical bridge between our shop technicians and our valued customers, ensuring every build and repair has the right components to succeed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with heavy-duty truck parts or a strong automotive background is required.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and identify mechanical/hydraulic components.
• Excellent verbal and written skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in the parts field.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
• Valid Driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of CDK/ADP is a major advantage (but we will train the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Use your problem-solving skills to identify and source parts for Tenco, Monroe, and Beauroc bodies.
• Research and manage components for Certified Cirus hydraulic systems.
• Utilize the CDK/ADP business system for inventory lookups, order processing, and customer tracking.
• Provide expert support to our internal technicians while managing walk-in and phone-in customer inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication with the shop and front office to keep production moving.
