About The Position

Dolan Toyota Parts Counter is looking for a Parts Counter Person to fill parts orders, manage perpetual inventory, provide parts advice to guests and technicians, and diagnose any additional guest needs through prospecting and follow-ups. The expectations of our counter personnel are to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous to all guests, co-workers, and the management team. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability as tasks will change. Requirements

• Parts/Automotive experience
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Fill out parts orders.
• Perpetual inventory.
• Provide parts advice to guests/techs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers.
• Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits.
