The Parts Counter Clerk is responsible for researching service technician's parts needs and ordering them as needed, posting parts to work orders, and customer service. This role prioritizes ensuring a safe workplace, processing quotes and orders efficiently, handling phone calls promptly, and maintaining a clean work area. Customer satisfaction is essential, and the clerk will assist with various tasks including freight charges, returns, stock orders, shipping and receiving, and parts warranty/core returns. The position also involves ordering priority boards and shop parts, prioritizing the service department's needs, participating in training, and assisting with annual inventory. Other duties may be assigned.
