About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Parts Counter Attendant. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join their growing team of established and successful parts professionals. For nearly 80 years, Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. has proudly served as the exclusive Cat® dealer for western, central, and northeastern Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland. Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with product line.
• Customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to learn new systems.
• Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.

Responsibilities

• Answer parts phone calls.
• Assist customers with their parts needs.
• Issue parts to shop mechanics.
• Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts.
• Utilize parts data bases.
• Research back-orders.
• Research customer credit status.
