About The Position

Williamsburg Ford is hiring an experienced Parts Counter Associate to support our busy service and retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both technicians and customers. Established, high-volume dealership environment. Opportunities for advancement across a multi-location group. Team-oriented culture with strong operational support.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of dealership parts experience required
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Automotive dealership background preferred
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering
• Source parts from vendors (AutoZone, O’Reilly, Fred Jones, etc.)
• Support retail counter sales and customer inquiries
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized parts department
