This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both shop and field technicians, as well as assisting external customers with parts sales at the counter. The associate will identify needed parts, utilize parts catalogs and the computer system, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include processing parts orders, responding to telephone inquiries, locating and obtaining parts, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position also involves performing other related duties as assigned.
