About The Position

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist mechanics and customers with purchasing parts and supplies. The role includes maintaining parts inventory, ordering from multiple manufacturers, and handling the shipping and receiving of parts for other stores and customers. The associate will efficiently order and stock parts to support availability and timely fulfillment, meet monthly sales and gross targets, and seek out parts business. Other duties may be assigned by the Parts Manager.

Requirements

Previous auto parts experience is required.
Valid driver's license.
Computer proficiency.
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.

Dealership experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

Assist mechanics and customers with purchasing needed parts and supplies.
Keep track of parts inventory.
Assist with ordering from multiple manufacturers.
Manage shipping and receiving parts for other stores and customers when needed.
Order and stock parts from a diverse range of manufacturers to ensure availability and swift fulfillment of customer requirements.
Meet monthly sales and gross targets.
Seek out and solicit parts business.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.
