About The Position

We are a rapidly growing company that believes in Customer Service, our growth is creating great opportunity for development and experience. This role provides excellent customer service to both shop and field technicians and assists at the counter with external parts sales by listening to customers and meeting their needs. The Parts Counter Associate services technician customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, and the computer system for both parts and field technicians. They maintain a current knowledge base of all product offerings to identify and fulfill customer needs, process parts orders for phone and counter, and respond to telephone inquiries from both internal and external customers. This role also involves locating and obtaining parts, keeping the counter and parts room neat and clean, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable of techniques of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to operate basic office equipment such as phone system, computer, fax, and calculator.
A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
A minimum of three years’ experience in parts sales and /or counter operations is required.

Nice To Haves

Training via Case Web Academy both online and virtual.
Hands-on training alongside one of our Parts managers.

Responsibilities
