About The Position

Audi Orange Park is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team. You'll work closely with our technicians, service advisors, retail customers, and vendors to make sure the right part gets to the right person at the right time.

Requirements

• Previous dealership Parts experience preferred.
• Audi or European automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong automotive knowledge and genuine interest in vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, phones, and dealership technology.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and service advisors with identifying and sourcing the correct parts.
• Look up Audi parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts purchases and questions.
• Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders.
• Check parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source needed parts.
• Receive, inspect, label, and properly stock incoming parts.
• Monitor special orders and follow up with customers and the Service Department.
• Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient Parts Department.
• Work closely with Service to keep repairs moving and minimize delays.
• Provide professional, knowledgeable service to customers and dealership employees.
• Represent The Hanania Way through accuracy, teamwork, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
