About The Position

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to join the team at Cowboy Harley-Davidson. The associate assists mechanics and customers with purchasing the parts and supplies they need. The role also involves managing parts inventory, stocking parts, ordering parts from multiple manufacturers, and shipping and receiving parts for other stores and customers. The associate is responsible for meeting monthly sales and gross forecasts and soliciting parts business.

Requirements

Previous motorcycle parts experience is required.
Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented.

Harley-Davidson experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
