Requirements

• Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive parts environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and technical manuals
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work the required hours, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories
• Work Closely with the Service Team to fulfill parts orders for repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well-maintained
• Support inventory management activities, including receiving and stocking parts
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
