Requirements

Previous experience in parts sales, auto parts, automotive, or a related field—preferred.
Brings excellent customer service and communication skills.
Has basic computer skills and is comfortable learning inventory management software.
Can read and interpret parts catalogs and diagrams.
Is highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
Can prioritize tasks and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Takes pride in helping customers and getting the right part to the right person at the right time.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and as needed throughout the dealership.
Identify parts and accessories based on customer and technician needs.
Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and computerized inventory systems.
Process parts sales and maintain accurate records.
Monitor inventory levels and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Receive, organize, and properly store incoming parts.
Communicate with technicians, service advisors, customers, and vendors to ensure parts needs are met.
Keep the parts counter and department clean, organized, and efficient.
Work independently while also supporting the team during busy periods.
