About The Position

Management of repair parts is at the heart of our growing business. Working as part of a collegial team in our Randallstown shop, the Parts Coordinator receives, quality checks, invoices and manages repair parts. Experience with auto parts, invoicing, and financial calculations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a computer portal to order, invoice, and document parts.
• Coordinate with our Estimators and Technicians to minimize cycle time.
• Receive and inspect parts deliveries.
• Monitor and organize repair parts and materials.
• Distribute parts to technicians in a timely manner.
• Process timely returns and claims.
