CTI is seeking a full-time Parts/Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Laveen, AZ. Requirements

Valid Driver License
Minimum 18 Years of age
No more than 2 moving violations within the previous 3 years
No major violations within the previous 5 years
Ability to pass a controlled substance test for pre-employment purposes
Ability to lift, carry, pull, push and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must wear steel-toed safety boots
Authorized access to main mine site properties
Maintain a current Drivers’ License
Maintain insurability under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
Proficient typing and data entry skills, 55 wpm preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data tracking and reporting)
Strong attention to Detail and organizational skills
Effective Communication and time management abilities
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in whole numbers
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems furnished in written or verbal form
Understand and comply with organizational policies and procedures and all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Inventory and maintenance experience, highly preferred
Familiarity in Transman or any parts system tracker, highly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, particularly for customer, driver, employee communication

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify quality and quantity of supplies against the delivery documents.
Move incoming shipments to the parts room, where items are stored in designated bins or shelves.
Accurately label items, such as applying barcodes, for efficient inventory management.
Input data into the maintenance database for inventory management.
Conduct regular physical counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Receive and fill requisitions for supplies; place routine orders for supplies and materials.
Promptly report any inventory discrepancies to the Manager and adjust database accordingly.
Complete necessary paperwork for documenting received shipments, inventory counts, and other warehouse activities.
Coordinate shipments and resolve shipping issues with delivery vendors.
Assist with answering phone calls and handling road calls.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and parts room.
Assist other maintenance and office personnel when necessary.
Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
Report any unsafe conditions in the work area promptly.
Adhere to grooming standards, the dress code, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Notify manager of updates or problems regarding your driver license, as well as all citations, inspections, incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
Maintain communication with the manager to address concerns or issues.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
