SITECH-SETX is hiring a Parts Coordinator to support customers and technicians by ensuring accurate parts ordering, receiving, fulfillment, and inventory support. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hands-on customer service role
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
Nice To Haves
- Technical or mechanical coursework preferred
- Experience in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial work environment preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Take parts orders accurately and help customers identify and resolve parts-related issues
- Pull parts to fill orders for customers and technicians
- Ensure all Parts and Rental orders are processed by the end of each day
- Receive and organize incoming parts shipments
- Assist with loading software on components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to achieve department and company goals
