About The Position

Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing (VTRL) is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records. The Parts Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence, requiring keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in parts/inventory management
• At least 1 year of administrative experience
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift tests

Responsibilities

• Verify and document parts deliveries accurately
• Maintain meticulous inventory records
• Coordinate effectively with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations
• Proactively monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
