About The Position
Custom Air & Plumbing is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to manage the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of HVAC parts and materials. This role is crucial for ensuring that technicians have the necessary parts to complete jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent people skills, and a proactive approach to inventory management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in parts management or a related field
- Familiarity with HVAC parts, components, and terminology preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technicians, vendors, and management
Nice To Haves
- HVAC industry experience preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support technicians by researching part numbers, cross-referencing OEM parts, and identifying substitutes when needed
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Assist with dispatch responsibilities
- Batch invoices, memberships, and additional administrative duties as needed
- Assist with customer phone calls and requests
