About The Position

Shields Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced, full-time Parts Clerk for their Moorestown location. The company is the largest independent ATM, Cash Handling and Armored Transportation Company in NJ and Eastern PA. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position requires passing an extensive background screening, including physical, drug, and criminal checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Legible handwriting
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a parts clerk
• Proficient in Excel and Windows
• Able to work occasional overtime
• Must pass an extensive background screening including: physical, drug and criminal

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse and Inventory Experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts requisitions (daily)
• Issue purchase orders and track in-house inventory (backup)
• Request quotes from vendors (backup)
• Track parts received and issued
• Shipping and receiving
• Perform general housekeeping in parts area
• Occasionally pick up and deliver parts
• Ability to be in-house trained on a forklift
