Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring a dependable Parts Clerk to support our fleet service shop in Henderson, NC. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of parts experience in any of the following: Heavy-duty truck or trailer, Transport refrigeration, Fleet or dealership environment

Responsibilities

• Order parts from approved vendors and create purchase orders
• Receive, stock, label, and organize parts inventory
• Maintain bin locations and accurate inventory levels
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Supply technicians with parts needed for repairs
• Process parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory
• Operate a forklift to load/unload parts
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe
• Answer phones and assist customers as needed
• Support shop operations and perform additional duties as assigned
